To be an environment for creating value added integration, through the cooperation of academic and social partners' knowledge and experience in the area of designing, and adopting social technologies systems, researching its' development and impact on users.

To develop and implement international and national science, applied social technology area projects that strengthens cooperation between academic and social partners.
To provide scientific expert services aimed at developing science, business and public-sector synergies.
To empower new generation of social technology scientists and researchers.
