The right to fair remuneration means as follows: pay which guarantees a decent living standard for employees and their families; increased pay for overtime and extraordinary working conditions; equal remuneration for women and men for equal work; proper prior notification of dismissal from work; time limitation on deductions from pay. Issues relating to a pay are one of the most relevant for employees.
